The first leg will take place in Istanbul with Chelsea welcoming Fenerbahce to Stamford Bridge in the second leg.
Schalke will take on Barcelona with the first leg to take place in Germany.
In the semi-final draw the winners of the Arsenal v Liverpool tie will face either Chelsea or Fenerbahce setting up a possible third semi-final in four years between Liverpool and Chelsea.
The winners of the Schalke v Barcelona tie will face Roma or Manchester United in the last four.
